Regulatory security



The success of a project depends largely on its management. We assist project leaders in the implementation of a fluid and efficient management. We support the operational staff step by step in the follow-up of the regulatory aspect of the project, its good articulation with the phases of technical studies and contracting, until the start of the works.

Method / Application

Citizing develops and provides project managers with adapted management and reporting tools.

Following a detailed discussion with each project manager, a general schedule is drawn up to provide an exhaustive list of tasks to be carried out, based on the regulatory framework, the history of the project, the commissioning objectives and taking into account the roles and responsibilities of each party involved.

A dashboard for monitoring the operation can also be used to complete the reporting, regulatory security and time management/optimization system.

These tools are updated monthly during project review meetings in order to ensure effective monitoring of each stage of the operations: during the study phase, upstream consultation, during the evaluation and public inquiry phases and the instruction of the various authorizations prior to work, and finally during the awarding of agreements, contracts, and up to the start of the work.

Throughout the mission, we will identify all the elements necessary to optimize and secure the deadlines, in compliance with the regulations in force.

Beyond the project review meetings, we are available to the operational staff via dedicated communication channels. We are reactive and respond to any need within a maximum of 48 hours.
